This attachment is specifically designed for the TN-441 machine and consists of (3) components:  the moving arm, feed dogs and the needle plate.  The binder attaches to the feed dogs which allow the binder to synchronizes with the feeding movement. 
 
Used together with 441 binder or other attachments.
 
Binders / Attachments position is adjustable.
