Titan has expanded its flagship TN-1541S upholstery machine with the introduction of the new TN-1541SDL-14, a 14" long-arm version designed to give operators more room, more control, and greater efficiency in demanding sewing applications.
 
While still considered a standard-style upholstery machine, the TN-1541SDL-14 features an additional 4 inches of arm length, providing significantly more working space in the sewing area. This added clearance makes it easier to handle larger projects, bulky materials, and awkward assemblies with improved comfort and precision.
 
Titan Digital Handwheel System
 
One of the standout features of the TN-1541S-14 is the introduction of the Titan Digital Handwheel. Instead of reaching over to manually turn the traditional handwheel, the operator can use the front-mounted control dial for easier and more convenient stitch positioning. This innovation improves operator control, reduces unnecessary movement, and helps increase overall productivity.
 
Pneumatic Foot Lift for Reduced Operator Fatigue
 
The TN-1541SDL-14 is fitted with pneumatics and includes an automatic presser foot lifter, helping reduce strain during long production runs. The foot lift can be controlled either by foot pedal operation or by digital push-button control, giving the operator flexible and efficient handling options.
For shops requiring even greater automation, the machine can also be equipped with an optional pneumatic reverse function.
 
Large 26 mm Bobbin Capacity
 
The machine is equipped with a large 26 mm bobbin, allowing the operator to run a wider range of heavier threads while also sewing longer before needing to change bobbins. This means less downtime, better workflow, and improved efficiency on larger jobs.
