The Titan TN-120 is a fully automatic Hot/Cold cutting machine
 
By simply loading your material/products, entering the desired length and piece count, the machine can measure your goods and cut without any further operational intervention.   The machine can cut up to 120 pcs per min and can measure any distance between 10~99999 mm (minimum 3/8” to 3936”).  Maximum width is 95 mm
 
 
Features:

Flat cut surface: The blade is made of high-quality steel and has a long service life. The hot knife can heat seal the cut surfaces
PLC control touch screen system: adopt PLC system, touch screen multi-language conversion, the page function is intuitive and easy to operate, and the setting is convenient.
Compensation function: due to different materials, when the cut-out effect does not match the input size, you only need to input the actual cut-out size value, and the system automatically compensates the error value.
Fault self-check: The cutter sensor is faulty and there is no material supply. Once fault occurs, the system will automatically display the error code on the screen.
Automatic operation, automatic pause: just set the cutting length and quantity you need, and the rest will be done automatically. Once the material is used up, the machine will automatically stop working.
Cuttable material:
Nylon material such as braided belt, hook and loop (Velcro), nylon webbing, colorful ribbon, backpack belt, etc.
