• Freight Shipping — For large or heavy items, delivery generally occurs within 7–10 business days

* Not all areas and territories have the same services available and we strive to meet these guidelines, however given the transport services available within Canada, we work hard to do our very best to help.   If you need something urgently or are unsure of the availability of specialized shipping to your area, please reach out to the team and we will do our best to check and see what options apply to you.

Shipping Costs

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Most orders are prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days, depending on stock availability and order volume.

Freight Deliveries

For freight shipments, the carrier may contact you directly to schedule a delivery appointment.

• Someone is available to receive the shipment
• Appropriate unloading arrangements are available if required

Free Shipping

At this time, Titan Sewing offers free shipping within Canada only on qualifying orders.

Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments
