At Titan Sewing & Notions, we value your satisfaction and aim to provide quality products and excellent service.

There are no returns on machines, however we do accept exchanges for another machine or store credit within 30 days of receiving your machinery.  Orders thru third party lease or financing cannot be exchanged or returned. 

If you are not completely satisfied with any other non-machine purchase, you may return most items within 30 days of the purchase date. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that certain items are non-returnable, including cut fabric or custom-cut materials, special orders, clearance items, and opened thread or needles. Gift cards are also non-refundable.  You must contact us within those 30 days to arrange a return and any product returned without preauthorization will be rejected.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Please be aware that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged. If you believe your item is eligible for an exchange, please email us at sales@titansewing.ca with your order number and a photo of the issue. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.
